~ HELLO TO ALL WILSON CO. HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN GRADES 9-12 ~
What are you doing with all of this free time you've been given since your school is closed? How about considering preparing a pro-life speech and winning cash prizes for your time? In a desire to keep everyone safe while still offering the opportunity for our high school students to participate in our county oratory contest, we will ask each contestant to upload a VIDEO PRESENTATION of his/her speech. This may make it easier for some more of you to join in our contest this year. We hope so! Contestants will be required to create a YouTube video giving your original speech and then submit it to the TN Right to Life's website. Once our county speeches are submitted each will be judged as usual. (The judging criteria for speeches is included below). Our judges will watch and score them. Your score tally with comments will be sent back to you. As a reminder, speeches at the county contests do not have to be memorized. While this may be a little unusual for us, we are confident that it can work well for all of you! Please help us pass the word on by forwarding this info on to other students.
